Ryan R. Davis, DMD

A Georgia native, Dr. Davis grew up in Cochran. He attended Middle Georgia College and the University of Georgia, and completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at the Medical College of Georgia (MCG) School of Dentistry in 2009. Following dental school, Dr. Davis completed a one-year General Practice Residency at MCG, which included training in advanced dental services, such as dental surgery, placement of dental implants and IV sedation procedures.

Dr. Davis opened his Warner Robins dental practice in 2012 and his Macon office in 2019. He enjoys providing adult and children's dentistry for families throughout the middle Georgia area. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dentistry is a passion for Dr. Davis. He believes in caring for his patients and helping them to achieve a healthy mouth and attractive, confident smile. He and his wife have five beautiful children, three cats and two dogs. The Davis family loves Georgia football and being outdoors. Dr. Davis is actively involved in the men's group at church and sings in the choir. They are proud to be part of the middle Georgia community.

Melanie L. Porter, DDS

Dr. Melanie L. Porter is a native of Fort Valley, Ga., and graduate of Peach County High School. She earned her B.A. Degree in Psychology from Spelman College, in Atlanta, Ga. Dr. Porter later went on to Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry, in Nashville, TN, where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree.

Currently Dr. Porter's Dental Affiliations include: American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Georgia Dental Association, American Association of Women Dentist, Georgia Dental Society and the National Dental Association.

Dr. Porter is dedicated to providing quality dental care for all, and passionate about promoting oral health education. She aims to positively contribute to patients' quality of life through the practice of dentistry. It is her honor to be able to serve Macon and Middle Georgia.

Dr. Porter has been married to her husband Antwan, and has resided here in Macon, for 5 years. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family.
